As we have already reported, a possible FTC antitrust suit is to avoid the takeover of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft.
Now it was understood that Microsoft is apparently ready to fight rumors for the takeover should this occur.

This emerges from a post by Bloomberg, whereby one describes sources that are expected to be knowledgeable about the case.

So if the United States Federal Trade Commission is attempting to obstruct the $69 billion takeovers of Activision Blizzard, Microsoft is obviously ready to take additional steps and battle in court for the takeover.
Activision Blizzard also announced ahead of time that Microsoft would be safeguarded and defend the takeover.
The FTC recommendation is anticipated in mid-December.
