Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series will contain the original clone: Door to Phantomile and the successor Klonoa 2: Lunatea’s Veil as HD remaster in a package.

Bandai Namco announced that on the same day in addition to the already announced version for the Nintendo Switch, versions for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and the PC on Steam will be released.

Klonoa: Door to Phantomile came onto the market for the Playstation for the first time in 1977, was only a moderate success in Japan and also had a hard time selling in the west.

Nevertheless, the game received a sequel and a spin-off series for the Game Boy Advance. Even the Wii received an updated version in 2008. But a remake for the second part was never produced.
