Activision Blizzard invests in a more diverse future.

Activision Blizzard has appointed to Kristen Hinesin as a new diversity, equality and inclusion leader. Activision Blizzard has made a plan to increase the number of women and non-binary people up to fifty percent over the next five years. Hines is responsible for leading the studio to meet this commitment.

According to Activision Blizzard, Hines also works with all the players. His task is to ensure that different and inclusive perspectives are taken into account in game design, including stories, character development, gameplay and community interaction.

Hines says in the game sector prevailing historically under representation.
