Several lawsuits were submitted in the past from the investors against CD project. CD project wants to prevent the process in court

Only in May 2021 several complaints of investors were summarized into a single large case of US court in California. According to new documents to the procedure published on Wednesday, CD project would like to clarify the topic out of court with its investors. If the parties come to a satisfactory unification, the US court would then drop the lawsuit.
